A multi-disciplinary professional, Charan has over two decades of experience working in the health and wellness industry. He is skilled at working in diverse healthcare settings that ranges from clinics, general practice and hospitals.
Charan has been an elite athlete, representative at several World Championship events as well as the Commonwealth Games. He believes that ‘Breath’ is a simple yet effective tool to harness the potential of being born as a human.

Exercise Physiology
Charan believes that movement plays an important role in achieving a sense of whole person well-being and his role as a therapist-teacher is to facilitate awareness through movement.
Exercise physiology looks at the anatomy, physiology, biology and chemistry of the body, to understand the effect exercise has on the body. Exercise physiologist understand broad range of chronic diseases, such as diabetes, obesity and depression together with preventative methods and management.
