Booking an appointment
How to make an appointment at Belconnen Specialist Centre.
To make an appointment with one of our Allied Health Providers (Dietitian, Exercise Physiologist or Psychologist) or for the Resting Metabolism Measurement, please call 026251 1880 and our reception team will be happy to assist you.
Please have the details of your referral ready (if applicable).
Appointments can also be booked online using the Health Engine app or via this site.
Appointment fees and lengths times for each consultant are as follows:
Dietitian:
- Initial consultation $135 (45min to 1h)
- Long consultation review $135 (45 to 1h min)
- Extended consultation $195 (60 to 75 min)
- Initial consultation with RMR and BCA $235 (75 min only at Belconnen)
- Resting metabolism measurement RMR only $ 135 ( 30 to 45 min)
- Review $90 (20-30min)
- Personalised meal plan 7 days $195
- Diet analysis $95
Medicare plan
- Initial and long consultation gap fee $87
- Short consultation gap fees : $37
- A Medicare rebate of $54.60 may apply for clients with a valid referral (EPC Management Plan)
Psychologist:
- All general consultations $ 200 (50min)
- Longer consults by request
Medicare plan
- A Medicare rebate may apply for clients with a valid referral
Exercise physiologist
General consultations $ 145 (50min)
Review consultation $90 (30min) by request
Medicare plan
A Medicare rebate of $54.60 may apply for clients with a valid referral (EPC Management Plan)
Please note that 24 hours notice of cancellation is required otherwise cancellation fees will apply

Being part of Westfield shopping centre 2 hours free parking is available as well as a disabled access.

- For legal disclosure as required by a court of law (e.g., subpoena or court order)
- For research purposes (your information will be de-identified)
- For clients with a DVA referral, please note that the Department of Veterans' Affairs may require a copy of your treatment or meal plan at any time.
